It’s not you being up yourself, it’s not you being weird, it’s not you being selfish at all.
Everything in your life will change if you step into complete self love and acceptance.
Self-love provides you with self-confidence, self-worth and it will generally help you feel more positive. You will be much happier and learn how to best take care of yourself & you will not worry as much about what others think.
There are many different ways you can begin to love yourself & who you are.
-Say no to others more, sometimes we do too much for people; we like to please other people, so we tend to stretch ourselves too thin and commit to everything we can. We forget to look after ourselves sometimes, so that’s why it’s good to say no so you can say yes to yourself.
-Work on trusting yourself & listen to your intuition more
-Distance yourself from those who bring you down
-Show gratitude for who you are and what you have right now
-Focus less on the approval of others
-Celebrate your achievements
-Learn to enjoy your own company and have fun by yourself. This could simply mean finding some new things to try etc.
-Give yourself a break; don’t be so hard on yourself
Here are just a few ways that you can begin to have self love, when you do, you’ll feel a shift, all of a sudden you will want to look after yourself more in all areas & you will also have the capacity to love others more as well.
